AARP.org has a reference section called Caregiving Resource Center that has a wide variety of information and tools that are helpful with the broad spectrum of caregiving and housing options.

Alameda Meals on Wheels Community Fair

This past weekend was the Alameda Meals on Wheels Community Fair and Wine Tasting, and Alameda Elder Communities is proud to have been able to volunteer at the event. 

Cheryl Champ (Community Relations Director), Lauren Zimmerman Cook (CFO), and Moira Morris (Director of HR) take a break from selling raffle entries.

We donated some items to the silent auction, and several of our employees donated their time to work at this fun fundraiser for a valuable local resource for Alameda residents in need.

Urquhart Band Performs

Alameda Elder Communities was happy to host the Urquhart Band for performances at both Elders Inn and Waters Edge Lodge.
