Heart Healthy -- Feb. 6, 2015

We're wearing red today at the Lodge on Harbor Bay to celebrate National Wear Red Day and to motivate our loved ones to participate in the nationwide heart health movement.

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), HHS Office on Women's Health, and many other groups celebrate the day each year to raise awareness that heart disease is the #1 killer of men and women and is largely preventable.

Here at AEC Living, we hope you and your friends and family will join us in taking the important steps and commit to protecting your heart.
