Alameda Hospital Meets With AEC to Better Serve the Senior Community

The Alameda Hospital public relation committee met last Tuesday with Chris Zimmerman to discuss how Alameda Elder Communities continuum of care works to service the Alameda community.  After the presentation the hospital committee and AEC discussed how both entities could work together to better serve the community of Alameda seniors.  Committee also discussed the benefit of the two new programs that AEC is creating, which are Elders Village social network and Phoenix Commons.
